1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on the mcw18 Platform. mcw18 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. mcw18 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one Account on the mcw18 Platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. mcw18 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances associated with them.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Identity Verification

mcw18 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership. This may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, bank statement, or mobile financial service account confirmation. Until verification is completed, mcw18 may restrict your ability to deposit, withdraw, or access certain features. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4Account Security & Responsibilities

4.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. mcw18 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not used for any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mcw18 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. mcw18 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such loss arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.3 Account Activity Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. mcw18 is entitled to act on all instructions received through your Account login and will not be liable for acting on such instructions in good faith.

4.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your mcw18 Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights attached to it — including your Account balance — to any other party. Any such transfer is void and may result in both Accounts being permanently closed.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mcw18 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mcw18 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. mcw18 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own charges, for which mcw18 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. mcw18 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification status and payment network availability. mcw18 does not guarantee processing times, as these may be affected by factors outside our control including bank and mobile financial service processing schedules.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to mcw18's anti-money laundering procedures. mcw18 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction that is flagged by our fraud prevention systems. In such cases, mcw18 may request additional documentation. Transactions identified as potentially connected to unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. mcw18 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances after due notice has been provided. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to prevent their Account from entering dormant status.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by mcw18 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from them will be forfeited upon expiry.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

mcw18 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. The following activities, without limitation, constitute bonus abuse: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically placing low-risk or opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, participating in any coordinated scheme to exploit promotional offers, or using any automated software or bot to interact with the Platform. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all associated balances — including Real Money Balance — may be forfeited.

6.4 Withdrawal of Promotions

mcw18 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already met all applicable conditions, any winnings already credited to your Account will be honoured. Partially met conditions at the point of withdrawal will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the mcw18 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified random number generation technology supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of these games are determined independently of mcw18's operational team and cannot be influenced by any party, including mcw18 itself.

7.2 Void Bets

mcw18 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in circumstances including but not limited to: system errors, data feed failures, technical malfunctions, obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or any event outside mcw18's reasonable control. Voided bets will be refunded to your Account balance at the original stake amount.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by the specific sporting event rules published within each market. Bets placed on markets where the event result is already known at the time of placement will be voided. In-play betting is subject to additional latency and connectivity considerations; mcw18 accepts no liability for bets placed in error due to connection delays.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

mcw18 applies maximum single-event payout limits which vary by game and market type. These limits are communicated within the individual game or market interface. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout cap will be reduced to the stated maximum, regardless of the calculated outcome.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw18 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any part of the Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through unauthorised use of another person's payment method.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or any form of corrupt conduct in connection with sports betting markets on the Platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any person or entity during the account registration or verification process.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the mcw18 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall arrangement of the Platform — is the property of mcw18 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of mcw18.

10Limitation of Liability

In any event, mcw18's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data

12Responsible Gaming

mcw18 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide every Account holder with access to the following tools, available at any time through your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been actively gaming for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling by temporarily suspending your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of internationally recognised commercial law. mcw18 makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh, and access from outside Bangladesh is at the user's own risk and subject to local laws.
